POLICIES:

• Normal "prepping" is included in the basic price. Excessively rough resins will incur an additional charge to be determined on a case-by-case basis not to exceed $50.

• Buyer supplies model (unless other arrangements have been made) and pays for all shipping/insurance costs incurred.

• I can work from pictures but cannot guarantee an EXACT color match due to the enormous differences between real horse hair and the paint's attributes. I'll do my best though!

• Be VERY specific as to color description and markings (pictures are appreciated in this area especially if you have certain ideas in mind) OR you can leave some things or everything up to me!! Any questions...just ask!
